• Work Time- You can choose a 4 or 5 day work week.At higher skill levels (and with productivity requirements) you can choose either the standard 5- 8 hour days, or a 4- 10 hour days, work week. We find most employees prefer a 4 day work week because the time they save on commuting is better spent with family, friends, hobbies, or sleeping... or whatever. It’s your time, you decide how to spend it.

What we don’t offer at this time-

• Retirement plan- we are a small business and we don’t quite meet the requirements for any worthwhile plans at this time.
• Health insurance- Because we don’t offer it, you can go to Covered CA and pick a great plan at much better prices than we could get, and you’ll have more choices too.
